We believe that discriminating buyers and competent agents both appreciate the extra services we provide. Your $500 bonus is our way of tracking and demonstrating our effectiveness.

Follow these simple terms to qualify for your $500 bonus:

1. There is no obligation on your part. There is no charge to you for our services. We specialize in matching interested buyers with a select list of Realtors who specialize in these types of properties.
   
   
2. We submit your request only to the single Realtor we feel is most appropriate to show you the properties you are interested in.
   
   
3. The name and information about that agent will be emailed to you.
   
   
4. You will be contacted by the agent to discuss your interests and to arrange a showing of properties at your convenience.
   
   
5. If you purchase any property from that Realtor, you qualify for the $500 bonus after the escrow closes.
   
   
6. Upon the successful purchase of real estate through our referred real estate agent, notify us in writing within sixty days of the close of your escrow and Sierra Scenic Properties will send you a check in the amount of $500.00.
